My Beauty Diary: Mexico Cactus Sheet Mask Review

Purpose :

-for all skin types especially those who have dry and sensitive skin (YAY!!)

How much I like it: 5 out of 5 stars

My take on this product: 

I've tried a couple My Beauty Diary Sheet Masks (which are pretty affordable around $2 per sheet) including the Aloe Mask, Hylauronic Acid Mask, Natto Mask and Bird's Nest Mask. The Cactus Mask is hands down one the most effective soothing & moisturizing sheet mask from My Beauty Diary!

I used it at night and the next morning my face looked supple, fully moisturized, zero dry spots and absolutely no redness. The results are nothing short of amazing! I am totally in love with this face mask: especially after putting it in the refrigerator and using it after a hot summer day. After I used the mask, on the day my face completely broke out and super red, the mask immediately calmed down my skin! The redness was gone! I cannot say much about it doing anything for my acne/oily skin, I can imagine it being great for those who have dry skin that is super thirsty. 

This compared to the popular Aloe Mask from My Beauty Diary: The ingredients of the Mexico Cactus mask contains more soothing and moisturizing components: cactus essence and calendula extract. The water retention gave me a supple face through  the morning, although Aloe Mask  soothes the skin but the effects are not lasting. 

The face mask is a perfect size. It fits perfectly on my friend Sara's face; however, if it doesn't fit you can slightly fold it to fit your face. 

How I use it: After washing your face, place the sheet mask according to the shape of your face. Remove the mask after 20-30 minutes. This is an essence based mask so you do not have to wash your face. You can massage the remaining amount of serum on your face. Wahla~ awesome skin! 

Bottom Line: I would repurchase! This will definitely be a must-have in the winter!
